6.Room Maintenance

a. Room Cleaning

Allows monitoring the cleaning status of all rooms from a single screen.The H.K. Start button is used to notify the front desk that cleaning has started in the room, while the H.K. Finish button is used to indicate that cleaning has been completed. A cleaning icon appears over the room being cleaned.

The All Clean button sets the status of all rooms to clean.

b.Housekeeper Control (Discrepancy Report)

It is the section where housekeepers can report the information they observe based on the details provided by the front desk. From the "Prepare HK List" section, reports can be generated by floor or by selected rooms.

c. Technical Service

It is used to mark a room as O.O.O (Out of Order) or O.O.S (Out of Service). The necessary fields are filled in and saved. When the end date arrives, the order automatically closes. If it needs to be closed earlier, the "Complete" checkbox is ticked and saved.
