7.Transactions
a. Folio Search
All folios registered in the system can be searched on this screen. Searches can be performed using the filter fields

If the selected folio is searched on the same day as its checkout, it can be reactivated using the "Retrieve" button. If the invoice has not been issued, it can be created using the "Issue Invoice" button.
b. Invoice Search
This screen displays all issued invoices along with their print previews. Invoices can be found by changing the date via the calendar or by using the "Search Details" button for a more detailed search.
Invoices can be canceled using the "Cancel" button on this screen. The small icons on the right side allow reprinting or saving in the desired format.
c. Invoice Transactions
Allows viewing invoices issued or canceled between two selected dates, as well as folios with a balance that have not yet been invoiced.
If the "Show Canceled" checkbox is selected, it displays invoices canceled between the two selected dates. The "Invoiceable Folios" section shows folios that have not been invoiced within the selected date range. If desired, invoices can be issued directly by clicking the "Issue Invoice" button on the same screen.
d. Posting Cancellation Transactions
Lists the canceled postings and payment transactions for the selected date, including details such as which user performed the action, the amounts, and other relevant information.
e. Posting Transfer Records
Lists the records of postings transferred between the selected two dates. In the Transfer screen, the Source Room/Folio is the room/folio where the postings were originally recorded, and the Target Room/Folio is the room/folio to which the postings were transferred.
